2. Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it, in the following situations:

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), exam type, message — to respond to your request
  • Direct contact: if you call, write via WhatsApp or email — only the data you provide voluntarily
  • Tutoring sessions: data needed for issuing the official receipt (full name, optionally tax ID for company invoices)
  • Analytics: via Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage data (browser, device, country, pages visited)

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries received via contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp
  • Providing tutoring services (lesson scheduling, progress communication)
  • Issuing official receipts and complying with Romanian tax obligations
  • Improving the website and tutoring services through aggregate analytics

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for contact form and analytics
  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for tutoring sessions
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — for tax records (receipts, invoices)

5. Data retention

  • Contact form messages: 2 years from receipt
  • Tutoring records (receipts, invoices): 10 years (Romanian tax law)
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default)

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Limited sharing occurs only with:

  • Romanian tax authorities (ANAF) — as required by law
  • Google (Analytics) — anonymized analytics data only
  • Hosting provider — server access for site delivery

  • Right of rectification — to correct inaccurate data
