Contractual terms governing the use of the website and the math tutoring services offered.

1. Service provider

Tutoring services are provided by:

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors of www.alevel-sat-gmat.ro and to all clients of math tutoring services (A-Level, IGCSE, SAT, GMAT, Statistics).

3. Services offered

  • One-to-one math tutoring sessions for international exams
  • In-person sessions at 22 Mieilor Street, Bucharest, or online via video conferencing
  • Standard duration: 2 hours per session
  • Pricing: 350 RON / 2h in-person, 450 RON / 2h online (with official receipt)

4. Booking and payment

  • Booking is direct (phone, WhatsApp, email) — no online booking system
  • Payment is made per session, before or at the end of the session
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash at the office
  • For each payment, an official receipt is issued
  • Bank account: RO90 RNCB 0084 1821 8081 0001 (BCR, SWIFT RNCBROBU)

5. Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: free, full refund or rescheduling
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: charged at 50%, no refund
  • No-show without notice: charged in full, no refund
  • Cancellation by the teacher (illness, emergency): full refund or rescheduling

6. Service quality

  • Sessions are tailored to the student's specific exam (board, level, target score)
  • An initial assessment is conducted to establish the work plan
  • Frequency of sessions is decided jointly based on exam date
  • The teacher does not guarantee specific exam results — these depend on the student's commitment

7. Intellectual property

  • The site content (texts, images, video) is the property of the operator
  • Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited
  • Material distributed during sessions is for personal use only

8. Liability limitation

The provider is not liable for:

  • Specific results in international exams
  • Decisions of admission boards at universities
  • Internet connection issues during online sessions (best effort)
  • Information from external links present on the site

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
